Applications of Aqua-sil
Aqua-sil is a modern disinfectant with many different applications. Here is a list of some uses and relevant dosages.
Note: A average sized tea spoon holds approximately 5 ml of liquid

Sanitation of drinking water
Use 1 ml Aqua-Sil per lt. of water
Disinfecting of drinking water
Use 1.5 - 2 ml Aqua-Sil per lt. of water
Traveling water purifier
Aqua-Sil is also an excellent traveling companion for travel here and overseas. Especially useful when in Asia, as the water quality there is always doubtful
A general disinfectant in the kitchen
Add 60 ml 3% Aqua-Sil to one litre of water then spray on surfaces. Can also be used as a spray for the interior of the refrigerator to eliminate odors
The cleaning of baby feeding bottles and other baby utensils
Most baby bottle disinfectants are chlorine based. This is a very real concern as chlorine is a dangerous substance. Add 40ml of Aqua-Sil to 2 litres of water and then soak the baby bottles and other utensils for 1 to 2 hours. No rinsing is necessary before use
Increasing oxygen content in drinking water
To increase oxygen levels in the body, add 3-4 ml of 3% Aqua-Sil to one litre of water. However this is done at the persons own discretion and risk. The daily dose should not exceed 10 ml of 3% Aqua-Sil which should never be taken undiluted!
To increase the freshness of vegetables
Add 100ml of 3% Aqua-Sil to a sink full of water (on average 25 litres), then soak light skinned vegetables such as lettuce for 20 minutes and thick skinned ones such as cucumbers for 30 minutes, drain and refrigerate. This process can prolong the freshness up to twice the normal period.
Rejuvenate House plants
Place 30ml 3% Aqua-Sil into 4 litres of water and spray over plants with the fine spray gun. This will rejuvenate sick or "sorry looking" plants. use this solution regularly.
Prolong the life of cut flowers
Add 40ml 3% Aqua-Sil to one liter of water for the vase. Can prolong the life of the cut flowers
Mask animal smells
Animals are obnoxious at the best of times, but this problem is simply overcome by adding 200 ml of 3% Aqua-Sil to 1 lt. of water and spraying it over the animals basket or litter box, or on the floor where the animal has been indiscreet. The smells disappear as if by magic.
